Simon Lambert
Faye has been singing publicly for around 7 years, making her debut at the St Augustines Festival in 2001. Since then she has performed with 'Daddy Paul' and 'The Star Cafe Collective' before becoming a founder member of Skin the Fish in 2004. She has always had a passion for music and singing, particularly those cheesy disco classics, and finds it hard to be without some form of music in her life! Faye also has a love for Brazilian music and has played with the Liverpool & Suffolk Schools of Samba for 8 years. Faye's current influences include everyone from Feist to Sarah Jane Morris and almost any singer she has the opportunity to watch!!
The newest member of the band, but also a highly experienced musician and singer/songwriter in his own right. Biog to follow.
Chris has been a serious drummer for 13 years now, although he knew he was cut out for the job from a wee nipper! As a youngster, he honed skills using, pots, pans and any available kitchen work surfaces, but it soon became apparent that he would not get away with this heath-robinson approach if he was to achieve his ultimate goal, of gigging. So it was, in 1994, that Chris went to market to buy his first proper drum kit. And from that day he never touched a kitchen utensil again (except for when cooking his tea)!
Chris has amassed a wealth of musical experience playing various styles, playing in local bands such as 'Mad as a Fish', 'The Alibi Club' and currently shares his time with Boulevard Blonde, a rock party band.
Steve our guitarist brings a jazz oriented influence to Skin the Fish from his 4 years playing with local jazz duo Laidback.

Simon is an amazingly talented local singer songwriter, over-flowing with musicianship and style - joined Skin The Fish in 2006 and the band have gone from strength to strength ever since.
