Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, all function booking fees are based on 2 x 1 hour sets. (finishing not later than 12 midnight for evening performances). We will provide appropriate ipod music during intervals or A DJ can be provided at extra cost.

Start/Finish time will be as per contract unless change agreed by artist. Extensions to playing time are negotiable.

Set-up time approx 1hr before start of engagement

Cancellation will incur a penalty of the deposit already paid except in the cases below.

Cancellation less than one month before engagement will incur a penalty of 50% of the total, minus deposit paid.

Cancellation less than one week before engagement will incur a penalty of 100% of the, total, minus deposit paid.

Bookings are secured by a deposit, payable by cheque, on a first come, first serve basis.

Quotations are valid for 1 month and travelling/performance costs are factored in.

Parking must be made available for each member of the band (5 cars).

DRESS MODE : Evening Dress or Smart Casual

DEPOSIT: 20% of agreed fee

BALANCE: Payment to be settled in cash on the night

BAND REQUIREMENTS: At least two (preferably more)13 amp sockets at venue situated at a convenient distance to playing area. Please ensure your venue does not use noise limiters or that they are switched off as this can damage our equipment. There should be a reasonably sized playing area/ secure stage (ideally 20’ x 12’). Seats next to speakers will be subject to loud sound levels, so please bear that in mind when making your seating plan.

Please make refreshments and meals (sandwiches) available to the band (with vegetarian option for Andy!).
